  • Jennifer N. Vogel Gassenheimer ’02, Co-President

Jen, a lifelong resident of Putnam County and now Ulster County, is an author, corporate and intellectual property attorney, real estate investor, mom, stepmom, dog mom, and lover of all things literary. While at Yale, she served as Publisher of The Yale Review of Books. After graduation, she authored Nikolai Gogol (Bloom’s Major Short Story Writers), edited and with an introduction by Harold Bloom. She later worked as in-house counsel for a media company in its magazine and book publishing division.

In addition to serving as Co-President of the Yale Club of the Hudson Valley, Jen’s service to Yale includes interviewing prospective students for the Association of Yale Alumni and serving on the Activities Committee of the Yale Club of New York City. She also enjoys participating in Yale Lunch for Two in New York City as a way to connect with fellow alumni.

Her most important and favorite role is being the mother of triplets—two boys and one girl.
