Alison Cole ’99 named executive director of Yale Alumni Association

Alison Cole ’99 has been named executive director of the Yale Alumni Association (YAA), which represents and serves more than 180,000 alumni worldwide from all Yale schools. Cole succeeds Weili Cheng ’77, who retired this year after leading the YAA since 2016. Cole starts in the new role on May 15, 2024.

2024 YDOS t-shirt

The Yale Day of Service 2024 t-shirt design winner is Brian Wu ’86, ’88 MFA, President of the Yale Association of Rhode Island and a long-time Day of Service participant. On May 11, and many alternate dates throughout the spring, Day of Service volunteers all over the world will show their Yale pride by wearing t-shirts with Wu’s design, as well as those from years past.
